As Chief Executive, you will be the driving force behind vision, strategy and growth for the company. This includes working with General Managers to develop strategic goals, set sales targets, and create business and operations plans that match market requirements and production capabilities. With a constant focus on growth underpinned by quality and timeliness you will help propel the organisation to continue to be recognised as a reliable, well-respected leader within the housing, education and aged care sectors.
We are interested in speaking with motivated, passionate leaders with experience as a Chief Executive, Operations Director or General Manager (preferably within the manufacturing, buildings, or structures sectors) with a proven track record of company growth and key relationship management abilities.
